    For Johorean, eating pancakes is something common and almost every week they will definitely eat pancakes.  Pancakes are usually eaten at breakfast time or at afternoon tea time.  Pancakes can be paired with a variety of delicious dishes.  




        At the very least, just eating it with sugar alone makes it delicious to eat.  What makes this pancake more interesting is the type of side dish that is included to be eaten with the pancake.  It is usually paired with sambal stir-fried anchovies.













         But this pancake food is being forgotten because of the changing times. In the past, it was the easiest food prepared by our mothers, but today's society finds it easier to buy food at shops or street stalls that mostly do not sell pancake dishes.
