          Ok, this time, I show Asam Pedas Kota Laksamana 1 Claypot Restaurant, Melaka. Many have said Asam Pedas here is deliciously and famous. Actually, I have already tried to come here many times and it is closed because I went in the wrong time and sometimes there is to crowd. The restaurant is open from 6 pm until early morning about 3am.

      Various types of aftermarket fish prepared in a spicy fish 'Asam Pedas' menu. There you can find 'Asam Pedas' machetes, snapper, mackerel, rays and beef mince (mince meat referred to the Melaka which means there is a mix of meat fats) It delicious if cook mince meat for 'gerasam'. In this restaurant not only sell 'Asam Pedas', but they have selling roti canai, burgers, chicken/meat satay and 'Otak-otak'. Other than that they were also selling fried rice and fried noodles.




        For your information, actually, there are 2 same restaurants operating here but different operation time. When we arrive, Asam Pedas Kota Laksamana Claypot Restaurant still not operational but we can see they are preparing to start the business by stacking table. Asam Pedas Kota Laksamana Claypot Restaurant 2 will be open until 6pm.
